Thanks for your continued interest in Avoca Cottage, however the property has been sold and the new owners are establishing their own branding for the property.

The Cottage is provided as a whole package to our Guests. The cost is based on how many bedrooms are required to be used.

 

The charge for each room is $xxx per night for a couple and $xx per night for each additional adult guest. There is a minimum of 2 adult for a booking. The additional child rate is $xx per night. A cot with bedding is available on request for $xx per stay.

• There are 3 bedrooms, a double, queen and king (which can be converted to 2 singles)

• Each bedroom has a heater and/or fan

• The beds all have electric blankets

• There are portable compressor air-conditioner units for the hotter days

• Off street parking for 3 cars in the driveway plus on street parking out the front

• Continental breakfast items supplied

• All linen provided
